LineWeb QA Video Delivery Lab
in Compliance & RegulationAbout this course
This quality assurance course validates the complete learner journey for video delivery, chapter navigation, progress tracking, quizzes, and certificates on SwapED Academy. It is intentionally structured as a realistic training programme rather than a one-page placeholder. Learners begin with a concise orientation explaining the objectives, expected outcomes, navigation controls, and completion requirements. The first module introduces responsible digital learning habits and explains how short video segments, supporting notes, and knowledge checks work together. The second module focuses on practical compliance scenarios, including identifying risk indicators, documenting decisions, escalating uncertainty, and maintaining a clear audit trail. The third module provides applied exercises that require the learner to compare examples, choose an appropriate response, and reflect on why alternative actions may be unsuitable. Video lessons use approved public SwapED material and are accompanied by descriptive titles so that the curriculum remains understandable even when media cannot play. Text lessons reinforce the main concepts, while downloadable or linked resources test access controls and progress state. The final module includes a multiple-choice assessment and a completion certificate scenario. Successful completion should create a consistent progress record, show the correct learner call to action, preserve lesson order, and expose no content from unrelated courses. This course is created solely for controlled production quality assurance. It contains no customer personal data, no real payment transaction, and no claim of professional accreditation. During testing, the learner should confirm that videos load without overflowing the page, controls remain usable, chapter items open in their defined order, completed items update progress immediately, quiz answers are stored only for the enrolled learner, and certificate information can be retrieved and validated. Instructors should also confirm that editing one item does not alter another course, draft content stays hidden, active content appears once, and changes survive a normal page refresh. Any defect found during this exercise should be recorded with the affected role, URL, expected behaviour, actual behaviour, and reproducible steps.
