OFAC Venezuela SDN Update: Entities and Vessels

On 31 December 2025, OFAC issued a Venezuela-related sanctions update and added multiple entities and vessels to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List under Venezuela-related authority (EO 13850). The action targets networks described as oil traders involved in sanctions evasion linked to the Maduro regime.

Newly designated entities under [VENEZUELA-EO13850] are: ARIES GLOBAL INVESTMENT LTD, CORNIOLA LIMITED, KRAPE MYRTLE CO LTD, and WINKY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

OFAC also designated four vessels under [VENEZUELA-EO13850], each linked in the update to one or more of the newly designated entities:

  • DELLA (linked to ARIES GLOBAL INVESTMENT LTD)
  • NORD STAR (linked to KRAPE MYRTLE CO LTD and CORNIOLA LIMITED)
  • ROSALIND (also known as LUNAR TIDE) (linked to WINKY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED)
  • VALIANT (linked to ARIES GLOBAL INVESTMENT LTD)

OFAC stated that there were no unrelated administrative changes in this update.






Compliance takeaway: Sanctions screening should be refreshed promptly to capture the newly listed entities and vessels, including vessel identifiers and aliases, to support effective interdiction, trade controls, and counterparty due diligence.
